Challenge
Inspectors leave the office with a spreadsheet and come back with photos in a camera roll. Managers needed today’s load, overdue work, and a way to start a job without opening three tools.
Approach
We built the first version around the morning briefing. A full-width New Inspection action, stat cards for active properties and open issues, and a due list you can tap through. Navigation covers Dashboard, Properties, Inspections, Tasks, and Profile so scheduling and reporting can land in the same app after the MVP.
Outcomes
- Dashboard with active properties, weekly inspections, and critical issues
- Upcoming jobs with address, inspection type, time, and Due Today
- New Inspection as the primary action, with Properties, Inspections, and Tasks ready to extend
